Based on the nature of the Hitachiin twins, there is an impressive possibility Kaoru will be in near immediate proximity of Hikaru. This entails Kaoru may respond as well as Hikaru. If you do not want this to be the case, kindly let me know and I will do my best to avoid the situation.
